Make sure your clothes are off and your skin is wet. Get ready to get your hands dirty.
Squeeze a generous amount of this scrub onto your palm, massage on your body lovingly in circular motions including including your face, feet and everything in between.
Let the goodness soak into your skin for 2-3 minutes before
rinsing.
DO NOT EXFOLIATE ON SKIN THAT IS WOUNDED, BURNED OR HIGHLY SENSITIVE.
Do not let water get into the product.
For best results, use 1-2 times weekly.

Because of our beautiful blend of oil ingredients, we recommend you to please be careful going inside and out of the tub or shower. You should remove any excess oil in the shower after using our scrubs with soap or cleaning solution.
